The benefits of yoga


The practice of yoga postures and other techniques will give you strength, better posture, flexibility and more body awareness. It will also improve breathing and give an insight into basic control of the breath. You will learn how to relax both physically and mentally. You do not strive to achieve any of these outcomes, as yoga is a continual process of personal development, at your own rate.
With regular practice you will begin to see subtle changes in both your physical body and approach to life. It's not all serious it's great fun and allows you to meet new people.
